CorEvolution™ Program & Module Breakdown
How we serve individual professionals – an overview of our 7-month program*.
CorEvolution is our 7-month executive and professional coaching program. It is designed for: (1) individuals who are making or want to make a career/job/position change or (2) individuals who are experiencing or have experienced meaningful change in several areas in their life and are now looking for a new or a next path.
The program is aligned to the 4 steps of our Own Your Evolution model---Clarify, Engage, Conquer, Evolve. Over a span of 7 months, you will meet with your coach every 4 weeks for a total of 7 sessions. During each session, you will have 90-minutes of one-on-one coaching time to accomplish the discovery work that will establish the foundation for the journey ahead.
CorEvolution is comprised of 4 improvement-based modules. The first module involves a self-assessment based upon whether you are seeking a career/job/position change or new/next path. This is where you begin uncovering and collecting information that will guide you in developing strategies to overcome challenges, identify opportunities, and improve performance.
The next 2 modules are referred to as core modules and are determined by you, based upon your self-identified interests. We offer 5 core module options. Each includes an assessment, analysis of outcomes, and strategy development. At the completion of each module, you will create strategy around the goals you decide to achieve.
The final module focuses on close out, concluding with a vision plan review, report on progress, and feedback from your coach. At the end of CorEvolution, you will have developed a comprehensive vision plan for your future.
Should you desire to sign up for more than 2 core modules, we encourage you to take advantage of our add-on election. During the registration process, for an additional fee, you can choose as many additional core modules as you desire. Each additional module adds 4 weeks to the program.
